Interesting device used in water
features, medical applications and a new form of Hydroponics called airponics whereby the
plant roots are 'misted' with nutrients.
This ultrasonic nebuliser has a small
plate which vibrates at ultrasonic frequencies. This has the effect of completely
atomising the water into a very fine mist. The nebuliser also contains an electronic water
level detector to disable the unit when the water level drops. On the top of the unit is a
red LED. A power supply is also included, 220v to 24vac 1250ma.
